Commercial Manager and Editor-in-Chief
Courage is a working quantity surveyor and the founder of Surveyor Success. He currently works as a Commercial Manager within the Infrastructure industry, where he previously spent two years as Senior QS overseeing a £79m contract framework. With over a decade of commercial knowledge, Courage started Surveyor Success in 2024 after realising the resources he needed as an early-career QS simply didn't exist. He writes most of the long-form articles here and edits all of them.
